Who are we?

We are a wholesale operator of ground and hotel services created with the purpose of promoting hotel reservations, tours, excursions and transfers. We are oriented to be the best solution to the transportation and recreation needs of our clients, integrating technology, human capital and a great variety of products.

Being based in Cancun, the main tourist destination in Latin America, we focus our management on offering the best destination experience with quality personalized assistance, hotel reservation services, pre-contracted transportation and sale of tours and recreational activities.

At Yamevi Travel we are committed to innovation and work every day to offer a service with high quality standards. Part of our infrastructure and logistics includes:

• Modern vans to operate transfer services, equipped with air conditioning, satellite tracking system and comprehensive liability insurance.
• Airport staff available 24/7; always in communication with the operations centers to provide constant and timely follow-up of the arrivals and departures of our passengers.
• Sales team, destination experts and multilingual staff trained to assist passengers during their stay.
• Commercial agreements with all tourism service providers in the destination, offering facilities for our clients.
• Central offices in downtown Cancun, which facilitates contact with customers and maintains a close relationship between suppliers and our collaborators.

Founder

Arturo Ruiz Ozuna

An expert in travel and tourism, he worked as a travel agent and coordinator of groups and conventions in Cancun, Quintana Roo from 1998 to 2014. He then served as Sales Manager of RVM Travel until March 2016, when he founded Yamevi Travel.
